Reclaiming Our Youth, Reclaiming Our Community

This site is dedicated to examining the realities and conditions of the Black community, including the similarities we face with other oppressed peoples throughout the world. The site is designed to suggest viable solutions to the myriad of challenges confronting us, and calls upon each of us to engage our collective creative mind as gifted to us through the Infinite Creator. It's time for us to reclaim our youth and to reclaim our communities. Only we can do that and only we should do that. No other race can define who we are or propose appropriate solutions for us, as we can for ourselves. It is our specific interests that must be in the forefront of any policies, plans, or programs that purport to serve our needs and survival. Who better to define our interests than us? We must come to a concensus about who we are, where we are going, what we will tolerate, what is not acceptable, and then commit to re-building, strengthening, and achieving along that path.
